About Us
Welcome to the AIMIG community (Amici Italiani dello Israel Museum di Gerusalemme – Italian Friends of the Israel Museum of Jerusalem), an association dedicated to promoting and supporting the prestigious
Israel Museum in Jerusalem.
AIMIG was founded with the aim of creating a cultural bridge between Italy and Israel, enhancing and spreading knowledge of the
Museum’s rich collections and activities.
Our Mission:
Promoting culture and art:

Organising events, exhibitions and conferences in Italy that highlight the extraordinary works and initiatives of the Israel Museum.
Fostering cultural exchange:

Facilitating exchange programmes and collaborations between Italian and Israeli artists, scholars and institutions.
Supporting the Museum:

Fundraising and support for specific projects of the Israel Museum, contributing to the preservation and expansion of its collections.
Educating and informing:

Promoting knowledge of the art, history and culture represented in the Museum through publications, seminars and educational activities.
AIMIG is open to all those who share a passion for art and culture and wish to help strengthen cultural ties between Italy and Israel.
